The Roving Field Support Unit provides UNDSS with a dedicated cadre of experienced field security professionals who can be rapidly deployed to reinforce operations wherever additional capacity is needed. Whether filling temporary leadership gaps, supporting high-risk operations, mentoring local teams or strengthening day-to-day security management, Roving Unit helps ensure that UN operations remain effective during both emergencies and protracted crises.
