On 14 March 2024, the UN Legal Counsel, Mr. Serpa Soares, visited the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University in Medford, MA, at the invitation of Professor Photini Pazartzis.聽 Mr. Serpa Soares engaged in a conversation with students on a number of topical issues of international law currently on the agenda of the United Nations.聽 Mr. Serpa Soares is grateful to Dean Kelly Gallagher for hosting an interesting exchange with members of the faculty which preceded the meeting with the students.
