"To mark its 100th session, the Sub-Committee on Least-Developed Countries (LDCs) on 11 November looked at the progress made over the past 30 years in advancing LDCs¡¯ integration into global trade. LDCs¡¯ share in world exports of goods and commercial services has nearly doubled during this period, but it is still only around 1 per cent, speakers stressed. The meeting brought together ministers and senior representatives of WTO members to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing LDCs."
