Side Events

There is a limited number of rooms available for lunchtime side events during the Review Conference. However, States and organizations that plan to hold a side event utilizing United Nations facilities can apply for consideration by and submitting it to the secretariat (npt@un.org) by 2 March 2026. The availability of facilities is not guaranteed. It should be noted that email submissions become valid only upon acknowledgement of receipt by the Secretariat. Please also note that, depending on the services requested, the nature of the event or the identity of participants, speakers or audience, the United Nations may request that you provide additional information or undertake additional obligations before the request is approved. Side events may involve additional costs to be borne by the requester, particularly with regard to the use of microphones and digital nameplates in the conference room.
Exhibitions
Submission deadline: 2 March 2026
Limited space is available for exhibitions. To request the use of such space, applicants should (annex II) and submit it to the secretariat (npt@un.org) as soon as possible and by no later than 2 March 2026. An agreement on conditions for the use of premises for exhibitions in non-public spaces at United Nations Headquarters must be signed by the exhibitor and the United Nations. The availability of facilities is not guaranteed. Email submissions become valid only upon acknowledgement of receipt by the Secretariat. Exhibitions may involve additional costs to be borne by the requester.

Side Events & Exhibitions

The availability of space for side events during the session is limited. Side events that can be accommodated within the room allocated to non-governmental organizations will also be scheduled by the non-governmental organization point of contact, who will maintain a public schedule at the following address: .
Any request for side events must specify the list of all necessary technical equipment and services. The provision of certain technical equipment and services will need to be paid for by the requesting non-governmental organization. Nongovernmental organizations must ensure that lecturers, presenters, speakers or any other invitees to their side events have valid security identification badges or otherwise register them as members of their own delegations to the Conference. The information should be transmitted to the Secretariat by the non-governmental organization point of contact by 20 April 2026.
Limited space is available for exhibits. All exhibits at United Nations facilities require sponsorship by a State party willing to assume responsibility for their placement and content as well as the submission of associated costs. Please submit sponsorship requests directly to the relevant permanent mission points of contact. Member States may contact the Secretariat (npt@un.org) as soon as possible and no later than 2 March 2026.
