Following is a statement attributable to the Spokesman for Secretary-General Kofi Annan:<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\tThe Secretary-General has today forwarded a <\/span>letter <\/a>to the President of the General Assembly regarding the establishment of a register of damage relating to Israel’s construction of a barrier in the West Bank.  The letter sets out a framework for the register, the establishment of which was requested by the General Assembly in its <\/span>resolution ES-10\/15<\/a>, and for the next steps in its creation.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n
