OF ISRAELI-PALESTINIAN VIOLENCE<\/u><\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#000000;text-align:left;font-size:10pt;font-family:Times New Roman, serif;\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;\">The following statement was issued today by the Spokesman for Secretary General Kofi Annan:<\/p><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"color:#000000;text-align:left;font-size:10pt;font-family:Times New Roman, serif;margin-left:20px;\">\n\t\t\t\tThe Secretary-General is appalled by the attack on Kibbutz Metzer in Israel yesterday in which five people were killed, including two children.&#160;
