With reference to <\/span>our letter of the 11th March, 1948<\/a>, we beg to inform you that the extraordinary meeting of Central Agudath Israel of Palestine, convened for the 16th March, 1948, decided to authorize Rabbis JACOB ROSENHEIM, ISAAC MEIR LEVIN and MOSHE PORUS to consult directly with you at Lake Success in respect of the participation of Central Agudath Israel of Palestine in the provisional council of Government in the proposed Jewish State.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

Accordingly, we cabled you today as follows:<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

“Reference your letter February 20 decided Central Agudath Israel Palestine authorize Rabbis Jacob Rosenheim Isaac Meir Levin and Moshe Porush consult directly with you regarding provisional council of government.”<\/p><\/div>\n
