Monsieur,<\/p><\/div>\n

J’ai l’honneur de vous faire savoir qu’a sa réunion plénière du 26 avril 1951, la Commission de conciliation a décidé de communiquer la lettre du Gouvernement d’Israël du 29 mars 1951<\/span>*<\/sup><\/span> au Gouvernement de 1’Irak et, pour information, aux gouvernements des autres Etats arabes intéressés.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

En prenant cette décision, la Commission s’est réservé le droit de se former, et d’exprimer en temps opportun, un avis sur les questions de compétence et de fond que in lettre du Gouvernement d’Israël a soulevées.<\/p><\/div>\n
