Substitute the following paragraph “Mr. Barnes called the Members’ attention to a request he had received from the Philippine Delegation for a press card for its newly appointed Press Officer. He pointed out that press cards were issued only to journalists accredited to the United Nations and not to press officers attached to delegations. The Commission concurred with Mr. Barnes’ view that no press card should be issued to the Philippine Press Officer.
