Training begins to expand Patient Safety Friendly Hospital Initiative in Palestine<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

24-25 February 2014, Ramallah, West Bank – The Palestinian Ministry of Health, with WHO oPt office support, conducted two days of training for all government hospital quality coordinators on the Patient Safety Friendly Hospital Initiative.  The training focused on developing a quality management documentation system to support consolidating policies and procedures and regular monitoring and evaluation.  This was a first of a series of activities to support the Ministry of Health in implementing the patient safety initiative in all Palestinian government hospitals.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
