The Netherlands is making funds available for this purpose through the Temporary International Mechanism (TIM). <\/p><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"color:#030468;text-align:left;font-size:10pt;font-family:Trebuchet MS, san-serif;\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;\">The Dutch contribution will be used to pay all Palestinian police employees an allowance of roughly &#8364;360.
