Following is the statement I made yesterday: <\/p><\/div>\n

"France condemns in the strongest terms the terrorist attack in Netanya. It presents its condolences to the victims' families and friends, and offers its sympathy to the Israeli authorities. <\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

France calls on the Palestinian Authority to do everything possible to stop such criminal acts, which no cause can justify. This is a matter of its obligations under the roadmap and international legality. <\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

France calls on the parties to show restraint and to respect the truce. It recalls that only the opening of a political perspective, through the implementation of the road map, will end the cycle of violence."<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
