BECKETT CONDEMNS PALESTINIAN RAID INTO ISRAEL <\/strong><\/span>(25\/06\/06)

Foreign Secretary Margaret Beckett has condemned the incursion into Israel by Palestinian militants on 25 June 2006 in which two Israeli soldiers were killed. She said:<\/p>\n

'I was very disturbed to learn of this serious terrorist attack at Sufa. I send my condolences to the families of those Israeli soldiers who have died. Such continued violence makes the prospect of a negotiated, peaceful resolution more distant.'<\/p><\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n
