The European Union (EU) will be represented by Foreign Minister Per Stig Moeller of Denmark, which holds the rotating EU presidency, and by Javier Solana the EU&#8217;s High Representative for Common Foreign and Security Policy, and Chris Patten, the European Commission&#8217;s External Relations Commissioner. \n<\/li>\n<li style=\"color:#000000;text-align:left;font-size:10pt;font-family:Times New Roman, serif;\">At 9:00 a.m., the principals will meet for about an hour.
