He recalled the Secretary-General&#8217;s message that there can be no justification for the deliberate killing of civilians.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color:#000000;text-align:left;padding-bottom:5px;font-size:10pt;font-family:Times New Roman, serif;\">Mr. Serry said that the perpetrators of such heinous acts must be brought to justice.
