The report will be prepared by UN Secretariat staff and presented by the Secretary-General. There will be no progress updates as the report is being prepared. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"color:#000000;text-align:center;font-size:11pt;font-family:Times New Roman, serif;\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;\"><strong>UNRWA CONCERNED ABOUT POSSIBLE RESTRICTIONS ON MOVEMENT<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\" style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;\">\n<li style=\"text-align:left;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;font-size:11pt;font-family:Times New Roman, serif;\">Rene Aquarone, the head of the Geneva office of the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/unrwa\/\" style=\"color:#0000ff;text-align:left;font-size:11pt;font-family:Times New Roman, serif;\"><u>UNRWA<\/u><\/a><span style=\"color:#000000;font-size:11pt;font-family:Times New Roman, serif;\">) informed reporters about the Agency&#8217;s worry about the implications of new restrictions on freedom of movement which were being prepared by the Israeli authorities. &#160;<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color:#000000;text-align:left;font-size:11pt;font-family:Times New Roman, serif;\">Under the new system, any Palestinian who wanted to move from one city to another in the West Bank would need a permit, which would be valid for one month.
