The Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People <\/strong><\/span>was established in 1975 by the United Nations General Assembly of the United Nations to recommend a programme designed to enable the Palestinian people to exercise its inalienable rights defined by the General Assembly as the right to <\/strong><\/span>self determination <\/strong><\/span>, <\/strong><\/span>independence<\/strong><\/span> <\/strong><\/span>and <\/strong><\/span>sovereignty<\/strong><\/span> <\/strong><\/span>; and the right of Palestinians to <\/strong><\/span>return to their homes and property<\/strong><\/span>. <\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
