Gaza Strip:<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

• <\/span>The IDF killed 18 Palestinians and injured 18 others in the Gaza Strip. Of the fatalities, 11 were killed due to four air strikes on the Khan Younis governorate. Two other air strikes on Central Gaza were carried out, one of which lead to the killing of thee Palestinians.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

• <\/span>25 Qassams and 106 mortars were fired towards Israel. On one occasion, 34 mortar shells were fired towards Nahal Oz Kibbutz; according to Israeli media reports, four IDF soldiers were injured in a mortar attack on the Negev on the same date.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

• <\/span>The Palestinian General Petroleum Corporation (PGPC) called for a strike on 29 November to protest against the limited amount of fuel that Israel has allowed into the<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

Gaza Strip since 28 October. As a result, most petrol stations across Gaza are now closed and there are severe shortages in fuel supplies. On 4 December, UNRWA<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

received 100,000 litres of diesel in order to maintain its humanitarian assistance operations.<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

• <\/span>Sixteen Palestinian prisoners from the Gaza Strip were released from Israeli jails.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

• <\/span>For the first time this season, Palestinians exported flowers and strawberries via Kerem Shalom crossing on 28 and 29 November as well as on 2, 3 and 4 December.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

• <\/span>549 Palestinians, including students and those holding residency permits in Arab countries, were allowed to go to Egypt via Erez. However, 46 persons were denied access by the Egyptian authorities. In addition, on 3 and 4 December, 2,298 Palestinian pilgrims and 150 Egyptian passport holders crossed to Egypt via Rafah on an exceptional basis.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

West Bank:<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

• <\/span>The IDF killed one Palestinian (Ramallah) and injured 25 others. One Palestinian was injured by Israeli settlers in the old city of Hebron and one Israeli settler was injured by stones thrown at his vehicle on Road 60 in Hebron governorate.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

• <\/span>231 arrests by PA security forces were reported, including 150 arrested in Ramallah governorate in a demonstration against the Annapolis conference.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

• <\/span>On 2 and 3 December, all the checkpoints north of Jerusalem were closed between 1500 and 1700 hours reportedly due to a ”security alert” received by the IDF intelligence.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

• <\/span>The IDF imposed 31 and 29 hours of curfew on localities in the Qalqiliya and Salfit governorates, respectively.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

• <\/span>51 flying checkpoints, 55 IDF search operations, and 57 arrests were reported.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
