condemns killing on bus in northern Israeli town of Shfaram<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

Javier Solana, EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP), made the following statement today following the killing on a bus in Shfaram, northern Israel:<\/p><\/div>\n

"I strongly condemn the murder of four innocent Israeli Arab civilians and the wounding of a dozen others on a bus in Shfaram, Israel. I welcome the determination of the government of Israel to uphold the rule of law.<\/i><\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

I wish to express my heartfelt sympathy to the families of the victims. In this significant phase in the Peace Process, it is crucial for everybody to act with responsibility and restraint."<\/i><\/p><\/div>\n
