3 July <\/i><\/span>– <\/i><\/span>The question of reform was high on the agenda during the London meeting of the representatives of the United Nations, European Union, Russian Federation and the United States – the so-called diplomatic "Quartet" on the Middle East, a UN spokesperson said today in New York. <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

Terje Roed-Larsen, the UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process, attended the meeting late Tuesday afternoon in London, along with US Assistant Secretary of State William Burns, Russian Envoy Andrei Vdovin, and the EU's Middle East Envoy, Miguel Morratinos. <\/p><\/div>\n

The discussions also focused on security issues and the political horizon, spokesperson Hua Jiang said.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n
