Gen. Hazem ATALLAH, the Palestinian Civilian Police are setting a global foot print in the international security sector by assigning the first Police Gender Advisor in the region and Arab world.<\/p><\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#000000;text-align:left;padding-bottom:5.5px;font-size:11pt;font-family:Times New Roman, serif;\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;\">Major Wafaa SULEIMAN was appointed as Head of the Gender Unit in May 2011. She states that &#8220;I feel privileged to be assigned for this task and I&#8217;m ready for mission.&#8221;<\/p><\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#000000;text-align:left;padding-bottom:5.5px;font-size:11pt;font-family:Times New Roman, serif;\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;\">With full support of the Prime Minister&#8217;s Office, and the Ministry of Women&#8217;s Affairs, they emphasized that &#8220;We embrace this initiative.
