Israel\/ Palestinian Territories\/ Postponement of Quartet meeting<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

We regret the decision to postpone the Quartet meeting scheduled to take place in Berlin on April 15.<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

We urge the Quartet to adopt, as swiftly as possible, a statement specifying the final status parameters – notably with respect to borders and security – so that, on this basis, direct negotiations can resume between the Israelis and the Palestinians. <\/p><\/div>\n

\n

A date has been set in September 2011 by the Quartet. Everything must therefore be done to make progress with this objective in mind. France is determined, in association with its partners, to achieve substantial progress in the peace process.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
