In fulfilment of his responsibility under rule 11, an addendum to the basic list is issued weekly, making reference to those items on which further action has been taken by the Council during the week covered or indicating that there has been no change during that period. <\/p><\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#000000;text-align:justify;padding-top:10px;font-size:10pt;font-family:Times New Roman, serif;\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;\">3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The last full summary statement (S\/2004\/20) was issued on 14 February 2004. The last weekly addendum (S\/2004\/20\/Add.52) covered developments up to 1 January 2005. <\/p><\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#000000;text-align:justify;padding-top:10px;font-size:10pt;font-family:Times New Roman, serif;\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;\">4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;During the period since the last full summary statement, the Security Council included the following item in the agenda of its 5044th meeting, held on 28 September 2004, and concluded its consideration of the item at the same meeting: <\/p><\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#000000;text-align:justify;padding-top:10px;font-size:10pt;font-family:Times New Roman, serif;\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&#8220;Consideration of the draft report of the Security Council to the General Assembly&#8221; (see S\/2004\/20\/Add.39). <\/p><\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#000000;text-align:justify;padding-top:10px;font-size:10pt;font-family:Times New Roman, serif;\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;\">5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Also during this period, the Security Council included the following item in the agenda of its 5070th meeting, held on 4 November 2004, and concluded its consideration of the item at the same meeting: <\/p><\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#000000;text-align:justify;padding-top:10px;font-size:10pt;font-family:Times New Roman, serif;\">\n<p procedure set out in the note by the President of the Security Council of 29 August 1996 (S\/1996\/704), the Secretary-General, in his summary statement of 14 February 2004 on matters of which the Security Council is seized and on the stage reached in their consideration (S\/2004\/20), informed Member States that, as at 1 January 2004, the Security Council had not considered in formal meetings during the preceding five-year period (1999-2003) the following items (the item numbers correspond to those contained in paragraph 8 of document S\/2004\/20): <\/p><\/div>\n<div In the absence of any further notification by a Member State submitted by 31 March 2004 requesting the retention of an item listed in paragraph 6 above, the remaining items mentioned therein, that is, items 22, 23, 24, 56, 67 and 69, were deleted from the list of matters of which the Security Council is seized. <\/p><\/div>\n<div
