 Initial report of Israel<\/u> (E\/1990\/5\/Add.39) (continued<\/u>)<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

 1.\t<\/span><\/span>The CHAIRPERSON<\/u><\/span> invited Mr. Hunt to read out the additional subparagraph that he wished to have inserted in the third paragraph of the letter to Israel concerning follow-up to its initial report (<\/span>E\/1990\/5\/Add.39<\/a>), which had been discussed at the previous meeting. <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

1.\t<\/span>Mr. HUNT<\/u> said that he had drafted the following text in the light of consultations with other members of the Committee: “widespread restrictions imposed by the Israeli authorities on the movement of people and goods, including food, medical supplies and fuel”. <\/p><\/div>\n

\n

2.\t<\/span>The new subparagraph was adopted<\/u>. <\/p><\/div>\n

\n

3.\t<\/span>The letter to Israel as a whole, as amended, was adopted<\/u>. <\/p><\/div>\n
