1.   On 29 January 2004, 23 Lebanese detainees who had been detained in Israel were released.<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

2.   On 23 February 2004, a second note verbale was addressed to the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Israel further to the note verbale sent on 10 June 2003, drawing attention to resolution <\/span>2003\/8<\/a>. No reply had been received at the time of the preparation of the present addendum.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
