With regard to the fifth special session of the Commission on Human Rights held in Geneva from 17 to 19 October 2000 (see <\/span>E\/2000\/112-E\/CN.4\/S-5\/5<\/a> and <\/span>Add.1<\/a>), the Secretariat wishes to inform members of the Commission and observer delegations that letters from the Permanent Observer for Palestine to the United Nations Office at Geneva addressed to the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights dated 2, 4, 10 and 12 October 2000, which the Permanent Observer had requested be circulated as documents of the fifth special session and the fifty-seventh regular session of the Commission on Human Rights but which were not issued in time for the fifth special session, are being issued in documents <\/span>E\/CN.4\/2001\/109<\/a>, <\/span>E\/CN.4\/2001\/110<\/a>, <\/span>E\/CN.4\/2001\/111<\/a> and <\/span>E\/CN.4\/2001\/112<\/a>, respectively<\/span>.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
