1.\t<\/span>Add the following new operative paragraph 4<\/u>:<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\t4.\t<\/span>Condemns<\/u> all acts of violence, especially those which result in the tragic loss of innocent civilian life, and urges all concerned to refrain from any further acts of violence;\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n

2.\t<\/span>Add the following new operative paragraph 5<\/u>:<\/p><\/div>\n

\n\t\t\t\t5.\t<\/span>Calls upon<\/u> all parties to refrain from any action which might endanger negotiations aimed at achieving a just and lasting peace in the Middle East.\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n
