  Owing to difficulties encountered in the import of certain goods, the equipment did not arrive on time; project estimated to be completed in December 2005 <\/p><\/div>\n

  <\/strong>The first section in the “remarks” column should read <\/i><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

  <\/i>Of 7 positions planned, only the microwave link at position 16 was installed. In the other 6 positions, implementation could not take place owing to the late delivery of Cisco equipment caused by import difficulties; positions 22 and 80A were completed in September 2005; remaining positions scheduled for completion by May 2006 <\/p><\/div>\n
