On the instructions of my Government, I have the honour to inform you that, upon careful consideration of the matter, it has decided to transfer its embassy accredited to the Government of Israel to the city of Tel Aviv and I request that this letter be circulated as a document of the Security Council.<\/p><\/div>\n
