11.\t<\/span>Despite its preoccupation with the internal situation, the Government was seeking to regain its position as a regional and international actor and was working with friends and the international community towards a Palestinian State with Jerusalem as its capital. It stood by the people of Lebanon as they tried to recover from the recent Israeli aggression.<\/p><\/div>\n

Lebanon also stressed its inalienable right to its water resources.<\/p><\/div>\n
