\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span><\/span>Reaffirming<\/i><\/span> its resolutions <\/span>1397 (2002)<\/a> of 12 March 2002 and <\/span>1402 (2002)<\/a> of 30 March 2002,<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>Gravely concerned <\/i>at the further deterioration of the situation on the ground and noting that resolution 1402 (2002) has not yet been implemented,\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>1.\t<\/span>Demands<\/i> the implementation of its resolution 1402 (2002) without delay;\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>2.\t<\/span>Welcomes <\/i>the mission of the U.S. Secretary of State to the region, as well as efforts by others, in particular the special envoys from the United States, the Russian Federation and the European Union, and the United Nations Special Coordinator, to bring about a comprehensive, just and lasting peace to the Middle East;\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>3.\t<\/span>Requests<\/i> the Secretary-General to follow the situation and keep the Council informed;\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>4.\t<\/span>Decides<\/i> to remain seized of the matter.\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n
