37.\t<\/span>There were still countless children in the world deprived of the fundamental rights set forth in the Convention on the Rights of the Child and suffering from cruelty and abuses of all kinds.  Children in Palestine were a case in point.  In their heroic struggle to liberate their homeland and found a free and independent State, they were suffering daily abuses of their human rights.  In Bosnia and Somalia, too, children were suffering terribly.  The international community should display full solidarity with all those children in order to provide them with hope for the future.<\/p><\/div>\n
