Armenia, Brazil, China, Costa Rica, Cuba,* Liechtenstein, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Russian Federation, Switzerland and Uruguay: amendment to the draft resolution in document

  Replace the text of the draft resolution entitled “Institution-building of the United Nations Human Rights Council” by the following:

      Report of the Human Rights Council¹

   The General Assembly ,

    Taking note of Human Rights Council resolutions 5/1, entitled “”, and 5/2, entitled “Code of Conduct for Special Procedures Mandate-holders of the Human Rights Council”, of 18 June 2007,²

   Endorses the decision of the Human Rights Council to adopt resolutions 5/1 and 5/2 of 18 June 2007, including their annexes and appendices.
