Today is the International Day of Reflection on the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsi in Rwanda. At 10:00 a.m., the International Day will be commemorated in the General Assembly Hall of United Nations Headquarters in New York. The commemoration is organized by the Outreach Programme on the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda and the United Nations of the Department of Global Communications, and the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Rwanda to the United Nations in New York.
