The President of the General Assembly, H.E. Khalilur Rahman, met with H.E. Mr. Petr Pavel, President of the Czech Republic.<\/p>\n

They exchanged views on the importance of ensuring that international institutions remain capable of responding to today\u2019s realities, reflecting on the Czech Republic\u2019s strong tradition of advocating for multilateralism at the United Nations.<\/p>\n

Discussions took place on how the General Assembly has a key role to play in bringing the human rights dimension of digital technologies as artificial intelligence develop rapidly<\/p>\n

Both Presidents expressed their views on ways Member States can make tangible progress on UN reform during the current session.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
