The President of the General Assembly, H.E. Khalilur Rahman, met with Ms. Doreen Bogdan-Martin, Secretary-General of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
They discussed closer cooperation between the General Assembly and ITU on the governance of artificial intelligence, including the challenges posed by advanced AI, the importance of keeping industry engaged in governance efforts and the possible engagement of the President with the AI for Good Global Commission.
