The President of the General Assembly, H.E. Khalilur Rahman, met with Mr. Claver Gatete, the Under-Secretary-General and Executive Secretary for Economic Commission for Africa (ECA).
They discussed the important role of the ECA in the region, including partnerships with the African Union, sustainable development and the importance of addressing peace and security issues in Africa.
