The President of the General Assembly, H.E. Khalilur Rahman, met with H.E. Mr. Duma Gideon Boko, President of the Republic of Botswana.
The President of the General Assembly and the President of Botswana discussed strengthening UN and regional collaboration, with a particular emphasis on Africa. They also discussed the soon-to-be-launched UN Centre of Excellence on Emerging Technologies and Innovation in Botswana, as a critical hub to provide benefits for women and youth through digital inclusion and innovation.
