The President of the General Assembly, H.E. Khalilur Rahman, met with H.E. Mr. Maxim Ryzhenkov, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus. The President of the General Assembly and the Minister for Foreign Affairs exchanged views on key issues on the UN agenda, including sustainable development and international cooperation. They also discussed the importance of dialogue and effective multilateralism in addressing current global challenges. They emphasized efforts to strengthen the effectiveness, coherence and responsiveness of the United Nations.
