Further to his letter of 18 September 2026, the President informs Member States of the panellists he has preselected for the interactive panel discussion at the high-level meeting to mark the twenty-fifth anniversary of the adoption of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action, on the theme “Youth leadership: embedding anti-racism across everyday decisions, policy-making, institutions and technologies”, and names the Permanent Representative of Brunei Darussalam as moderator.
