The President of the General Assembly, H.E. Ms. Annalena Baerbock met H.E. Mr. Simon Harris, Tš¢naiste and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Ireland on 24 September 2025.?
The President of the General Assembly and the Tš¢naiste discussed the UN80 initiative, as well as the importance of resolving all conflicts in line with the UN Charter, international law and UN resolutions. They further discussed Ireland’s longstanding commitment to multilateralism.
