The Capacity Development and Operational Training Service (CDOTS) invites you to the United Nations Learning Centre on 22 April for the launch of a new podcast series in Spanish, Estrategias para aprender lenguas. Part of the UN Spanish Language Day celebrations, the event will be?full of creativity, Spanish-language conversation examples, and practical strategies that work in real life.
This is an event to encourage speaking Spanish at all levels. Beginners and potential future Spanish learners are especially welcome. You will be linguistically supported and fully included in the conversations.?

The new podcast series,?Estrategias para aprender lenguas, showcases real voices, real experiences, and real conversations.
You'll hear a range of voices from language professionals and former and current learners who believe in learning by doing and in the power of language?to?connect.
In the first episode?("Errores para mejorar"), United Nations Spanish learners share relatable - and sometimes?funny -?stories?of making mistakes in a new language and discuss overcoming the fear of linguistic blunders.
You will meet Pablo, Enrica, and Eva, who share?their experiences creating the podcast for fellow Spanish learners and speakers.
